Opening Number Performance

The amazing opening number will kick off the Grand Showcase. It’s truly jaw-dropping and a great experience for the kids to be a part of! Auditions will be held on the 1st day of the event. 

Master Classes

Master Classes taught by our talented judging staff are offered to all dancers/teachers attending our National Finals! Master Classes will take place each day before the start of competition and/or during solo days depending on the schedule. 

EnerGy Improv Dance Off

Before the specified awards ceremony, we will be kicking things off with this fun competition. ALL ages, ALL levels can compete in this high energy, low stress, fun for everyone Dance Off! It’s perfect for the dancer who wants some extra stage time. The winner will walk away with a cash prize. Register at the EnerGy merchandise table for $20.

Photogenic Contest

At every regional we had a photogenic contest where we awarded two dancers (one 11 and under, one 12 and over) with an award for most photogenic. If you won at the regional level, you are automatically entered to be our National Photogenic Winner. Our National winner will be featured in all 2025 regional programs. The winner will be announced at the Grand Showcase. If you did not enter or win at a regional, you can still enter! Submit up to 3 photos for $25 to our merchandise table.

Teacher’s Appreciation Mixer

Studio Owners and Teachers, join us for our annual Teacher’s Appreciation Mixer! As a thank you, we will treat you to hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Take this opportunity to mingle with other studio owners and teachers, our judging faculty as well as the EnerGy staff.

Parent/Teacher Dance Off

Back by popular demand is the Parent/Teacher Dance Off! To fill the time (allowing for dancers to get into costume) between the Opening Number and the Grand Showcase, we’re going to host an EnerGy Improv Dance Off for anyone in the audience! Dance Moms, Dads, teachers, friends, anyone is welcome! Have some fun and show us your moves. Participation is free and winners will receive a cash prize!

Grand Showcase (Best of the Best)

The Grand Showcase (Best of the Best)
The Showcase will kick off with the Opening Number on the last day of competition! For the Showcase, we will introduce two additional judges to the panel.

How it works: Within each level (Star, Power, and EnerGy), the most outstanding performances will shine in our Showcase. The top 5 highest-scoring routines in the 11 & Under and 12 & Over small group, large group, and line/production divisions will earn their spot. To ensure a diverse representation, each studio may earn just one entry per division within the 11 & Under and 12 & Over categories.

Our panel of judges will also hold a limited number of Wild Cards, giving them the opportunity to handpick routines that may not have cracked the Top 5 based solely on scores but deserve a chance to re-compete at the Showcase.

The awards ceremony will recognize the Top 3 Grand Showcase Champions in both the 11 & Under and 12 & Over age brackets across each category. We will also award the grand prize of Overall Grand Showcase Winner for both age groups, claiming the largest cash prize!

Additionally, we will be honoring excellence with awards like Choreographer of the Year, MSA Agency Award, 2024 Photogenic Winner, and the prestigious National Studio of Excellence Recipient.
