Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept independent entries?

Yes. Independent fees are different than studio fees. It will be more beneficial to have your studio register your independent dancer. If registering as an independent dancer, create an account using your first and last name as the “Studio”.

When will the schedule be posted?

Schedules will be emailed to studio owners 7-10 days prior to the event and will be posted to the website the Monday before competition.

How do I get my score sheets after the event?

Score sheets will be emailed to you by the Wednesday after the event.

Where and when will results be posted?

Results will be posted to the website under the Results tab by the Wednesday after the event.

How do I view my judge’s critiques?

Before the event you will receive an email from DRC Video with instructions on how to view your critiques. If you are having trouble, you can contact them at support@drcvideo.com with any questions.

Where can I view photos of the event?

The photographer does not typically post photos after the event. Photos are available for purchase at the event only. If you’d like to purchase photos after the event has taken place, please email our photographer at thomasjamesphotography@gmail.com.

Do you offer refunds for students that drop out or are injured?

We do not offer refunds, however if you provide a Doctor’s note for an injured dancer we will issue a credit to be used at a future event. You can use the credit (in the amount originally paid) at another regional or at our National Finals.
